　　概念解釋：該時態(tài)屬于將來時間范疇，表示的是以將來的某一個特定時間為截止點，如果一個動作或行為在這一截止點前完成了，那就用將來進行時。

　　示例1：By the end of this year, workers will have completed the new roads.(現在還不到年底，所以，截止到年底屬于將來時間范疇；complete這個動作將在到了年底的時候宣告結束，需要用將來完成時。)

　　示例2：By the end of next year, they will have finished work on the new stadium.(截止到明年年底前完成)
