　　Many years ago, I saw a man running so fast on the 110 meter race, he beat the black men and won the match. His name is Liu Xiang, he is the first Asian man to win the 110 meter race. He is the pride of China. Liu Xiang made many records, he shows to the world that yellow man can win a place in the track and field. I admire Liu Xiang so much, he is my idol. I learn many things from him. When I meet difficulties, I will think about him, I want to be the tough person as him. He makes the good example for me all the time.

　　許多年前,我看到一個(gè)男子在110田徑比賽中跑得很快,他擊敗了黑種人選手,贏得了這場比賽。他的名字叫劉翔,他是第一個(gè)贏得110米田徑比賽的亞洲人。他是中國的驕傲。劉翔創(chuàng)造了許多記錄,他向世界表明,黃種人也能贏得田徑比賽。我敬佩劉翔,他是我的偶像。我從他身上學(xué)到很多東西。當(dāng)我遇到困難,我會(huì)想起他,我想成為像他一樣堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的人。他一直給我樹立了很好的榜樣。

　　I think lots of students like the pop singer named Jay. I also like him very much. When he released his first album, I started to buy his album. And I never miss any album of his. Do you know as a boy, Jay was called Dull Stupid.

　　But his mother Yeh Huimei, noticed that the quiet, shy boy seemed to dance practically when he heard the Western Pop music she used to play. His mother sent him to a piano school when he was four. When he has grown up, he had developed an ability for instant playing beyond his years. I learned to play the piano from 7 years old to 13 years old. I often feel bored when I practise playing the piano.

　　But Jay was always crazy about playing the piano. I think he really likes music. So I admire him very much, and I call him hero. I admire Jay. The real reason is when the others all denied him, he never gave up. He tried his best to change his life. I think it is good for everybody. I hope that everyone can learn from him---try their best to do everything. Then I think we will make the grade.

　　There are many popular singers in the world. However, Michael Jackson is my favorite one. He died when he was only fifty years old .I like his songs very much. It is known to all he donated his money to the charity.

　　I respect and love him very much . In a word, he was not only a famous artist but also a great man in the world.I will learn from him and be a great person like him in the future.
