這天，是初一，才剛起來(lái)，就聽(tīng)見(jiàn)門(mén)外一陣拜年聲：“給您老拜年了啊!”“哎!來(lái)了來(lái)了，新年快樂(lè)!”“新年快樂(lè)!”這時(shí)候，外婆正忙著做早餐，外公則正忙著招呼人。“坐一下吧啊?”“不了不了。”這樣的對(duì)話(huà)總會(huì)聽(tīng)見(jiàn)很多次。我趕緊吃完早餐和小舅舅他們出門(mén)了。小舅舅的'雙胞胎女兒紫依和紫芊各提著一個(gè)袋子，每到一處袋子里的東西就會(huì)增加一點(diǎn)，可高興壞她們了。所謂的拜年呢，就是挨家挨戶(hù)地走動(dòng)，有時(shí)候會(huì)在哪一家坐一會(huì)兒，聊聊天什么的。而小孩子就提著個(gè)袋子去拜糖。

大年三十的上午每家每戶(hù)都要貼春聯(lián)，以示迎春之意。外公每年都要挑選一幅稱(chēng)心如意的好春聯(lián)。今年選的上聯(lián)是：喜氣洋洋財(cái)旺旺，下聯(lián)是：好運(yùn)多多福連連。橫批是：吉星高照。這足以預(yù)示新的一年里的幸福生活。
年三十午夜吃餃子，也是每家必不可少的。老人們都說(shuō)吃餃子好。吃餃子包含著非常豐富的文化意義。餃子諧音交子，就是相交子時(shí)，交好運(yùn)發(fā)大財(cái)。因餃子的形狀又像金元寶，故又象征團(tuán)圓和財(cái)富。
大年初五俗稱(chēng)“破五”，意思是人們要走出家門(mén)進(jìn)行戶(hù)外活動(dòng)。這天上午我和外公外婆沿著河堤，從將軍碼頭一直走到新華碼頭。這里是滑冰場(chǎng)，男女老少人頭攢動(dòng)，人們身著五顏六色的節(jié)日新裝，好像給冰場(chǎng)上裝點(diǎn)了盛開(kāi)的鮮花。人們有的在滑冰、有的在打冰車(chē)。還有的在冰道上從高處往下放冰車(chē)，大家玩的真盡興!大人、孩子和老人，一片歡歌笑語(yǔ)……
