而且一個老師偏心也未必是一件壞事。請想一想,老師為什么要把重任交給優(yōu)秀生做?因為他們做得好!老師有時候給優(yōu)秀生替換作業(yè),這是因為老師認為這個學生的水平比其他的學生高,沒必要再做對他而言這種簡單的作業(yè)。老師讓優(yōu)秀生不做某些作業(yè)或做另外的作業(yè),是因為老師采用了“因才施教”的方法。一個好的老師,他明白哪一個學生處在什么階段,應該學一些什么,應該做一些什么……因為如果讓全班都跟著優(yōu)秀生的進度學習,肯定有一些人聽不懂。如果讓大家跟著差生的進度學習,又無疑是在浪費腦筋,浪費才華。所以老師必定會把好生、差生、中等生分開對待。
