其實他們之所以這么說是因為他們對老師的行為有錯誤的看法，對“偏心”這個詞語有著錯誤的理解。回過頭來想一想，在每個班上都有著優(yōu)、良、中、差，哪個老師不喜歡優(yōu)秀的學生呢?如果說喜歡優(yōu)秀的學生就是偏心，哪個老師又不偏心呢?所以“偏心”是一件很正常的事。
而且一個老師偏心也未必是一件壞事。請想一想，老師為什么要把重任交給優(yōu)秀生做?因為他們做得好!老師有時候給優(yōu)秀生替換作業(yè)，這是因為老師認為這個學生的水平比其他的學生高，沒必要再做對他而言這種簡單的作業(yè)。老師讓優(yōu)秀生不做某些作業(yè)或做另外的`作業(yè)，是因為老師采用了“因才施教”的方法。一個好的老師，他明白哪一個學生處在什么階段，應該學一些什么，應該做一些什么……因為如果讓全班都跟著優(yōu)秀生的進度學習，肯定有一些人聽不懂。如果讓大家跟著差生的進度學習，又無疑是在浪費腦筋，浪費才華。所以老師必定會把好生、差生、中等生分開對待。
正因為如今的同學與家長對老師的偏見，讓現(xiàn)在的一些好老師進退兩難，也正是因為對“偏心”的偏見，讓學校鬧出了許多事端……我希望大家對老師的“偏心”都要有正確的理解，不要對因才施教的“偏心”有所偏見!
