Everybody is good!
I am * * * from the front office, thank you very much for the leaders to give this opportunity to exercise self, standing here, my mood is very excited, also very happy,
The title of my speech today is "attitude is everything".
Attitude that mentality, a way of performance that we treat things. There are all kinds of mentality in people's life, but what you want you will be what kind of mentality. For example as an ordinary employee, I always think of work was not high and low points, no matter in any post, all want to love your job. Other is to select problems, do a good personal is attitude problem, only the correct attitude, devoting themselves to their work, to reflect their own value. 今天我演講的題目是“態(tài)度決定一切”。
態(tài)度即心態(tài)，使我們對待事物的一種表現(xiàn)方式。人們的生活中有各種心態(tài)，但你想得到什么你就要有什么樣的心態(tài)。就比如說做為一名普通員工，我始終認為工作沒有高低之分，不管在任何崗位上，都要熱愛自己的工作。干不干是選擇問題，干好干不好就是態(tài)度問題，只有端正態(tài)度，全身心投入到工作中去，才能體現(xiàn)出自己的價值。我熱愛我的工作，立志要做一顆閃光的螺絲釘，無論擰到哪里都不放松!然而，所有的事情都不是一帆風水的，工作中的種種不順，并未使我意志消沉。我不斷的吸取教訓，總結經(jīng)驗。因人沒有生而知之，只有學而知之。
通過學習來提高自己各方面的能力，使自己能夠接受各方面的挑戰(zhàn)! 我們不管做人還是做事，只要能從不經(jīng)意的小事做起，往往就可以改變別人對我們的信任和態(tài)度，因為態(tài)度決定一切。所以我們要用積極的心態(tài)投入到我們的工作中，在崗位的每一鐘，我就做好六十秒! 前廳部作為酒店的對外窗口，要樹立良好的服務形象!就拿我們門僮來說，在別人眼中我們的工作就是站在那拉拉門，向客人問聲好這么簡單。其實則不然，那只是我們工作的一部分。我們要察言觀色，了解客人的一些需要，提供更好的服務。吳總曾說過前廳是酒店的大腦，輸出各種信息，而我們就是那信息傳達員。在這樣的部門里我嚴格要求自己，始終樹立顧客第一的主人翁精神。酒店是我家，服務靠大家。始終把店興我榮，店衰我恥緊記在心中。讓我們每一份努力，都是為了酒店的未來。 只要我們?yōu)榱司频昝篮玫奈磥�，貢獻出自己的一份力量，那么我們酒店將成為酒店行業(yè)中的一顆閃耀的明星，一道靚麗的風景線。

Everybody is good! The title of my speech today is -- attitude is everything.
"Learning achievements, and knowledge to create the future". In the authority to carry out the learning activities, I carefully read and study "attitude is everything", the book feel very deep.

大家好!今天我演講的題目是——態(tài)度決定一切。
“學習成就事業(yè)，知識創(chuàng)造未來”。在機關開展的學習活動中，我認真閱讀和學習了《態(tài)度決定一切》這本書，體會很深。
在工作面前，態(tài)度決定一切。沒有不重要的工作，只有不重視工作的人。不同的態(tài)度，成就不同的人生，有什么樣的態(tài)度就會產(chǎn)生什么樣的行為，從而決定不同的結果。
有這樣一個小故事：三個工人在砌一堵墻。有人過來問他們：“你們在干什么?”
第一個人抬頭苦笑著說：”沒看見嗎?砌墻!我正在搬運著那些重得要命的石塊呢。這可真是累人啊......
第二個人抬頭苦笑著說：“我們在蓋一棟高樓。不過這份工作可真是不輕松啊......
第三個人滿面笑容開心地說：”我們正在建設一座新城市。我們現(xiàn)在所蓋的這幢大樓未來將成為城市的標致性建筑之一啊!想想能夠參與這樣一個工程，真是令人興奮。”
十年后，第一個人依然在砌墻;第二個人坐在辦公室里畫圖紙——他成了工程師;第三個人，是前兩個人的老板。
可見，一個人的.工作態(tài)度折射著人生態(tài)度，而人生態(tài)度決定一個人一生的成就。
雖然成功是由多種因素制約的，但態(tài)度是首要解決的問題。有人在做過萬人次以上的調查后發(fā)現(xiàn)了態(tài)度和成功的一些規(guī)律：成功的第一大類要素與他們的態(tài)度有著直接的關系，如積極、主動、果斷、毅立、奉獻、樂觀、信心、雄心、恒心、決心、愛心、責任心等這樣因素大概占80%左右;第二類要素，屬于后天修煉所得，叫“技巧”，如善于處理人際關系、口才好、有遠見、創(chuàng)造力強、技術好、工作能力強，這類要素大概占13%左右;第三類屬于客觀要素，如運氣、機遇、環(huán)境、長相、天賦等，這類要素大概占7%左右;同時，還歸納了這三者的關系：第一，態(tài)度與技巧是因果關系。第二，成功需要持續(xù)的好運氣。
所以，我們做任何事情，成敗的關鍵在于我們做事的態(tài)度，關鍵在于我們是直面困難、解決困難，還是回避困難、在困難面前放棄。這是一個態(tài)度問題。
在實際的生活當中，我們常聽到這樣的抱怨：“工作很累，錢掙的很少” ， “做同樣的工作，為什么他掙的比我多呢?”，“領導為什么只重視他，委以他重任呢?”誠然，這樣的情況實際中確實存在。帶著情緒工作，肯定不會有出的表現(xiàn)。試想，左手邊站著一個態(tài)度積極向上、右手邊站一個灰心喪氣、凡事都搖頭的員工，領導會做出什么樣的選擇?
工作和生活需要熱情和行動，需要努力，需要一種積極主動、自動自發(fā)的精神，這就要求我們以積極的態(tài)度對待工作對待他人對待生活。有積極的態(tài)度才能夠擔負起責任，才能夠團結，才能夠開拓創(chuàng)新，才能夠應對各種復雜的問題。
態(tài)度決定選擇，態(tài)度決定思路，態(tài)度決定一切。讓我們從現(xiàn)在開始，以積極的態(tài)度來勇于超越自我，不斷完善自我，豐富我們的人生吧!
