Every leader, every teacher:
Everybody is good!
The title of my speech today is "unity cooperation, create a better future!
"Unity is strength, unity is strength, the strength is iron, steel is that......" Comrades, when we were as a child, the teacher taught us to sing this song "unity is strength", but at this moment, the song rings in my ears again, because we swap unity, unity is everywhere.
Great writer Lev Tolstoy once said: "personal leave society could not have happiness, just as plants away from land abandoned to could not survive in the desert." Famous philosopher Schopenhauer once said: "a single man is weak, just like drifting Robinson, only together with others, many to finish his career". There are a lot of famous people to unite different interpretations of the word, in the face of these famous quotations, how can we ignore the importance of unity and cooperation.
So, how should we achieve unity cooperation? First, we need to do a word - kernel. What is "benevolence"? Someone will "benevolence" into "human" and "2", it will explain the "benevolence" by people, only love between people care about each other, can have a heart of love. 偉大的文學(xué)家列夫.托爾斯泰說(shuō)過(guò)：“個(gè)人離開(kāi)社會(huì)不可能得到幸福，正如植物離開(kāi)土地而被拋棄到荒漠里不可能生存一樣。”著名哲學(xué)家叔本華也曾說(shuō)過(guò)：“單個(gè)的.人是軟弱無(wú)力的，就像漂流的魯賓遜一樣，只有同別人在一起，他才能完成許多事業(yè)”。還有好多的名人都對(duì)團(tuán)結(jié)這個(gè)詞作出不同的解釋，面對(duì)這些名人名言，我們又怎能忽視團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作的重要性。
那么，我們到底應(yīng)該怎樣做到團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作呢?首先，我們需要做到一個(gè)字――仁。“仁”又是什么呢?有人將“仁”分解成“人”和“二”，這便解釋了“仁”由人而來(lái)，只有人與人之間互相關(guān)心愛(ài)護(hù)，才能稱得上擁有一顆仁愛(ài)之心。不過(guò)，這里的“仁”，并不是指朋友之間的義氣，也不是說(shuō)不論黑白的幫助或是支持，而是與同事之間的相互協(xié)助，當(dāng)同事遇到困難時(shí)，我們要伸出援助之手，當(dāng)同事彷徨時(shí)，我們要給予正確的分析，我們需要時(shí)刻樹(shù)立仁愛(ài)的思想。
團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作的廣大寓意又何止仁愛(ài)，在工作中，我們要怎樣才能把團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作精神發(fā)揚(yáng)得更好呢?
此時(shí)此刻，我斗膽發(fā)表我的愚見(jiàn)，首先，我們要建立和諧的信賴關(guān)系，營(yíng)造良好的人際氛圍。有心理學(xué)家曾經(jīng)做過(guò)這樣的分析：如果我們能與同事、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)形成和諧的信賴關(guān)系，我們相處的氣氛就會(huì)融洽，那么就會(huì)形成相互尊重、相互理解的工作氛圍，也會(huì)打造出友好寬松的工作環(huán)境。再者，我們要積極參加各種集體活動(dòng)，增強(qiáng)團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作精神。因?yàn)閰⒓蛹w活動(dòng)，不但可以增強(qiáng)我們的團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作意識(shí)，還可以凝聚集體的力量。除此之外，我們還要營(yíng)造你追我趕，力爭(zhēng)上游的工作氛圍，要充分的信任同事和周?chē)娜�。�?jìng)爭(zhēng)是保持團(tuán)隊(duì)銳氣的必要條件，是促使我們?cè)趯W(xué)習(xí)上更刻苦、工作上更努力、作風(fēng)上更頑強(qiáng)，從而加快完善自我的步伐。信任別人本身就是一種美德，在與同事相處的時(shí)候，一定要給予充分的信任，同事的一句話，有時(shí)可使你跳出原來(lái)框架的束縛而變得豁然開(kāi)朗，從而使問(wèn)題迎刃而解。
