安德烈一生都在追尋著生命的意義和生活的價值。在起起落落中，他苦苦思索，尋求著一種超脫世俗生活的價值所在。安德烈的思索也啟發(fā)我們讀者的思索：生命的意義到底是什么?人應該怎樣生活?這樣的問題我想每一個有自我意識的人都應該曾經(jīng)想過，也很可能像安德烈一樣經(jīng)過了一個反反復復、時而興奮、時而落寞的痛苦的內(nèi)心掙扎過程，甚至很可能到現(xiàn)在都沒有找到能夠真正說服自己的明確答案。我想，這個我們苦苦追尋的、左右我們的生活態(tài)度的東西就是我們常說的人生哲學吧。每個人的人生哲學都不盡相同，然而每個人追求人生意義的過程卻頗為相似。是也?非也?哪里有衡量的標尺呢?
千百年前，屈子立于汨羅江畔嘆曰：“路漫漫其修遠兮，吾將上下而求索”，直到現(xiàn)在每個人都還是一出生就在不斷追尋，并且在這個追尋過程中成長、老去、直至死亡。或許，生活的意義、生命的價值就在于這如同夸父追日一般永不停歇的追尋吧!
“人類一思考，上帝就發(fā)笑”，然而人類怎能停止思考呢?雖然奧斯特洛茨戰(zhàn)場上高遠的天空依然飄浮著寧靜、鎮(zhèn)定的白云，老榕樹依然歲歲枯榮，安德烈的心靈歷程卻不會停止。
