《了解版權(quán)貿(mào)易》商務英語詞語句子解析

　　隨著中國國力的不斷增強，對知識產(chǎn)品的進出口量也在逐年加大，這就牽涉到了版權(quán)貿(mào)易的問題。但是在我國，這還是一個新興的領域，很多制度和操作還不健全。今天先來簡單介紹一下版權(quán)貿(mào)易的常用語。

　　必須要注意的是如下幾個詞組：

　　版權(quán)法copyright law --各國因制度和出版物管理方式不同而差異較大。

　　版權(quán)貿(mào)易copyright business --包括著作權(quán)、商標權(quán)等項目的貿(mào)易。

　　版權(quán)所有copyright reserved; Copyrighted --即某一作品的版權(quán)擁有者，可以是個人，也可以是團體。版權(quán)所有者受到版權(quán)法的保護，其貿(mào)易等權(quán)利不容侵犯。

　　版稅率royalty rate--指在版權(quán)貿(mào)易過程中的交易稅率。

　　以下用英語具體解釋一下最基本的概念--版權(quán)法：

　　Copyright law--This Law is enacted, in accordance with the Constitution for the purposes of protecting the copyright of authors in their literary, artistic and scientific works and rights related to copyright, of encouraging the creation and dissemination of works which would contribute to the construction of socialist spiritual and material civilization, and of promoting the development and flourishing of socialist culture and sciences.

　　以上是我國版權(quán)法訂出的總則，但事實上，版權(quán)貿(mào)易是很復雜的貿(mào)易活動，由于各國這方面的法律相差較大，所以貿(mào)易沖突并不鮮見。
