　　A farmer is wondering how many sheep he has in his field, so he asks his sheepdog to count them. The dog runs into the field, counts them, and then runs back to his master.

　　一個(gè)農(nóng)民想知道他的領(lǐng)地內(nèi)有多少只羊，于是讓他的牧羊犬去數(shù)一數(shù)。于是這只狗跑到草地上，數(shù)了數(shù)，然后跑回到主人身邊。

　　"So," says the farmer. "How many sheep were there?"

　　“那么，”主人問(wèn)道，“有多少只呢？”

　　"40," replies the dog.

　　“40只�！惫坊卮鸬馈�

　　"How can there be 40?" exclaims the farmer. "I only bought 38!"

　　“怎么會(huì)有40只？”農(nóng)民很驚訝。“我只買(mǎi)了38只！”

　　"I know," says the dog. "But I rounded them up."

　　“我知道，”狗說(shuō)，“但我四舍五入了一下�！�
