英文書信作文格式
書信包括：感謝，道歉，建議，求職/離職，申請，投訴，倡議，詢問，慰問，推薦等。
1、格式
稱呼：位于作文第一行，頂格寫，后面加逗號。不知道對方姓名，職位等信息時稱呼可以用尊敬的先生或女士，或?qū)φl可能關(guān)心；知道對方的身份或姓名時，稱呼可以用親愛的先生/女士。+姓，或親愛的+職位，如：親愛的教授，親愛的史密斯先生； 如果是給熟悉的人們可以用親愛的+名，如：親愛的吉姆/貝蒂。
正文：可采用齊頭式，即每一段每一行都頂格寫或者采用縮進式，即每段首行縮進四個字母。
結(jié)束語：位于正文右下角，第一個單詞的首字母要大寫，后面要加逗號常用結(jié)束語有：你的，/你的`真誠，/你的真誠，等。
署名：位于結(jié)束語下方。考研作文不許署署真名，題目中一般要求簽名為“李明”或“張衛(wèi)”。
2、篇章結(jié)構(gòu)
第一段：表明身份，寫信目的（1—2句）。
第二段：針對題目中的要求進行寫作（描述事情的經(jīng)過，緣由，以及提出的建議）（3—4句）。
第三段：表示感謝，期待回信或表達希望（1—2句）
