　　本人是一名臨床應屆畢業(yè)生，名叫xxx畢業(yè)于湖北省咸寧學院。光陰荏苒，短短五年的大學即將過去，在大學校園中各方面的熏陶，使我獲得許多知識懂得了許多道理。作為跨世紀的大學生為了更好適應社會的前提下，充分利用課余時間，閱讀了大量的課外讀物，拓寬了自己的`知識面，我把大部分的時間和精力都放在專業(yè)學習上，不但成績較之前有很打的進步；在臨床操作上，也在醫(yī)院等各種實踐場所也加強了鍛煉；在康復動手上，對各種技術的熟悉掌握。我更是積極參加校內(nèi)校外各種活動，獲得許多榮譽證書。在暑假，寒假里充分利用時間參加臨床的見習和康復活動。

　　讓我得到更多的鍛煉機會是在XX－XX 年廣東省廣州市中山大學附屬第二醫(yī)院――燕鐵斌的領導下的康復實習。在中山大學附屬第二醫(yī)院康復科里，我先后進行了針灸與推拿2m、運動療法3m、康復病房3m、作業(yè)療法1m、理療1m、言語治療1m、肌電圖1m等的實習。從中我基本掌握腦卒中，脊髓損傷，頸肩腰腿痛，骨折術后，腦癱，腦外傷等患者的臨床診治及康復治療；在康復病房3m實習期間，對人體結(jié)構(gòu)有了更近一步了解，對常見病及一些罕見病發(fā)病后的臨床康復以及用藥的預防，對病人有較好的溝通能力，對病人康復的整個流程有較熟悉的了解，對康復醫(yī)學這一領域充滿熱情！

　　作為跨世紀的大學生，在醫(yī)學的求實領域中，我從中獲得了較強的專業(yè)理論知識基礎扎實，實踐能力強，能在專業(yè)領域提出自己的見解，為人誠信開朗，勤奮務實，有較強的適應能力和團體協(xié)作能力，緊跟最新康復理論，接受新事物，新挑戰(zhàn)。希望憑借自己一顆對康復事業(yè)的至誠之心，在以后的日子里能不斷學習給自己一個顯示身手的機會。
