Hello everyone！
I am a class cadre in the class -- discipline committee member, also is teacher's assistant -- manages the class. We are together in a key class, not only a good study, but also discipline, good health of a key class. Here are my management proposals and reviews for the past few days.
The first point of self-criticism is that I have no reasonable management plan.
The second point is that there is no management of each student and himself.
After the first lesson of the management program, check that each student has a school card. Do not bring all the names, more than two times to sweep the floor.

管理方案第一點(diǎn)早讀課之后，檢查每一位同學(xué)有沒有配帶�？ā]帶一律記名，超過兩次就罰掃地。
第二點(diǎn)上課說小話一律記名，記名后交到老師手上，由老師決定如何懲罰。
第三點(diǎn)排隊(duì)時(shí)說小話、不排好隊(duì)伍的人，一律按第二點(diǎn)懲罰。
第四點(diǎn)不守紀(jì)律的按以上三點(diǎn)。
以上幾點(diǎn)是我的管理方案和檢討。
