　　一個星期天的上午，我正在寫英語作業(yè)，爸爸媽媽要到外面有事，臨走時囑咐我要好好寫作業(yè)，不要耽誤下午上英語輔導班時交作業(yè)，我爽快地答應(yīng)了。

　　我正玩得高興時，忽然聽見門響，見是爸爸媽媽回來了。他們見我玩電腦，就問我作業(yè)寫完了沒有。我說還沒有，晚不了啊。爸爸說：“還晚不了，你看都幾點了�！蔽乙豢幢恚�真嚇了一跳，已經(jīng)快到中午十二點了，原來不知不覺，我已經(jīng)玩了快兩個小時。

　　Stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is no way to avoid it. What we can do is to develop our adaptive abilities to deal with it rather than to escape from it.
