In the painting that Im good, classmates and teachers often praise me, I also spent a lot of time on it. As long as I have a painting will not work for a long time. Remember once, I painted in the city hall building, because painting structure wrong, so the whole painting partial, looks building shake and crumble.
Many classmates laugh at me and say" our first is it right? Be changed, ha ha." I listened very ill-affected, determined to make the picture is good, persistence is victory. I returned home for a moment without delay, took out the drawing board, where drew the picture carefully to see how wrong, after half an hour of trying to figure out, I finally find the mistake. Ill take out the sketch book, start to practice. I first hand the amount of good about size, then use the pencil set position, then water draws the outline, then painting details. Again again again again and again, so the painting……Even mom and dad came home from work I have unknowingly, they urged me to dinner, I stopped. But Im neat and quick solution after dinner, and unable to hold oneself back to the desk draw up, until the dead of night, mom and dad are sleeping, I was brought there to immerse oneself in suffering to draw!
A week passed, and time for art class, the teacher let us put copying homework out. Many students still because the last painting laughed at me, but when I took the picture to the teacher, the teacher s eyes are attracted at a draught, and satisfactory nod, while loud shouts of applause, the students cast envious eyes, my heart suddenly extremely proud, suddenly feel that all the hard work is worth of.
在畫畫這方面我很優(yōu)秀，老師同學(xué)經(jīng)�？洫勎遥乙苍谶@上面花了不少心思。我只要有一次畫不好就會苦練很久。記得有一次，我在畫市政府大樓時，由于畫結(jié)構(gòu)時錯了，所以整幅畫偏了，看起來大樓搖搖欲墜。
好多同學(xué)都嘲笑我說“我們的第一是不是要換啦，哈哈”我聽了很不服氣，下定決心一定要把這張畫畫好，堅持到底就是勝利�；氐郊椅乙豢潭紱]耽擱，拿出畫板，取出那張畫仔細查看究竟錯在哪里，經(jīng)過半個多小時的揣摩，我終于找到了錯誤所在。我馬上拿出速寫本，開始練習(xí)起來。我先用手量好大概尺寸，接著用鉛筆定好位置，然后用水筆畫出輪廓，最后再畫局部細節(jié)。一遍不好再來一遍，就這樣一遍又一遍的畫著……連爸爸媽媽下班回來我都渾然不覺，是他們催著我吃晚飯，我才停了下來�？墒俏胰挛宄鉀Q了晚餐之后，又迫不及待的回到書桌上畫起來，直到夜深人靜，爸爸媽媽都已熟睡，我還在拿來那里埋頭苦畫呢!
一個星期過去了，又是美術(shù)課的時間了，老師讓我們把臨摹的作業(yè)都拿出來。許多同學(xué)還在因為上次的畫嘲笑我，可當(dāng)我把畫交給老師時，老師的目光卻一下子被吸引住了，一邊滿意的點著頭，一邊嘖嘖稱贊，同學(xué)們都投來羨慕的目光，我心中頓時無比自豪，一下子覺得所有的努力都是值得的。

When we want to achieve something ,we should make our effort and try our best.Of course ,the most important thing is persistance.Many people start with much passions ,but after a while ,they will feel it boring and get depressed for it.Then they suspect themselves and lose heart. All that hinder us to be successful.
So I think I learn a lesson from all kind of instances .I am not sure whether I can hold on my belief,but I try my best.I have set up a goal ,which may be a bit deal,and I wont give up until I finish it ! Its true.
In my opinion,an individual cant complete all the things;an individual cant do well in all the things;an individual cant face all the difficults and solve them pefrectly.A team show its strength in such situations.In a team ,everyone has his advantages and disadvantages,a man could make up for his disadvantages with other peoples advantages,so we say "1+1>2",that is to say a team can have much more influences and impacts than a man did.
Third,a idiom says "give makes better than get".Everytime I help a person ,I always have a feeling of satisfaction,which comes from the behavior . I can tell the feeling,but its charming .I cant get out of it since I taste the wonderful sense.
Here I share my personal point of view.I dont want to cheat any of you .I just have something to talk. I hope I make progress constantly until I achieve my goals.

When we talk about those famous people, we all like to know how they succeed. Meanwhile we all admire their personal special virtues which lead them to triumph. And it is obvious that many successful people have some personality characteristics in common. As far as I concerned, I deem that persistence, prudence, confidence and courage are the most important.
Firstly, I think persistence should come first before the other three personality characters. As we all know that a person cannot always successfully reach his aim at his first try, there are many barriers waiting for him. Therefore the person will fail many times before he gets his victory. If he doesnt persist in trying again and again and make a breakthrough, thus he will stay still, no progress. He may not move forward or even regress. A person without the personal character of persistence can’t finally succeed in getting his goal.
Secondly, a man who wants to be successful should also own the characteristic of prudence. The inventor of the electric bulb gives a good example for explaining that. It is said that the inventor tried to use thousands kinds of metal to make electric bulb filament in order to find the most suitable metal which can let the lamp light longer and brighter. I suppose that without the very prudential work, the inventor could not triumph in the end. A self- made man should do his jobs with prudence, sometimes even should be careful doing a very trivial thing. Like when those scientists or mathematicians are dealing with a complex matter, if they make a small mistake, the efforts which they made before will be in vain. Accordingly, cautiousness is necessary.
In addition, the self- made men all are self-confident and courageous. As the saying goes, “fortune never helps the man whose courage has failed.” Supposed that a soldier loses his confidence and gallantry to fight when he is in the field of the battle, I am sure that he does not have the fortune to survive successfully. Therefore people who want to achieve their goals in their work all should be self-confident and courageous.
In a word, my view regarding those famous people’s success is that they persist in working hard, do their jobs with prudence, are confident in themselves and have courage to overcome any kinds of difficulties; it is the reason that they can make themselves into a celebrity and admired by others.
