1課外活動(dòng) Out-of-class Activities
My school encourages students to take part in out-of-class activities. After a busy day it can help us to relax and build a healthy body. We usually take part in out-of-class activities on the playground. Some students play basketball football and badminton. Some play Ping-Pong or swim. Besides some students read books in the library. They think reading is also a good way to relax. As for me I like running and reading.

At present most students are under too much pressure. So am I. My spare time is filled with school homework and extra lessons. So I hardly have time to do other activities. Though studying hard is important I realize it is not enough for our happy lives. So I decide to have some changes.
First I will spend some time running around the playground after school instead of doing homework at once. It will relax myself and keep me in a clear mind while doing my homework. Next I’m going to join an art club. Drawing pictures makes me keep calm and painting is also my hobby. Then I’m going to study with my friends at home on Friday nights. It’s a good chance for us to learn from each other and improve our skills.
There are many ways to change myself. I will choose the ones that are suitable for me. I think with these changes my life will be happier.

Whether students of Grade Nine should take after-school activity or not cause the attention of many teachers students and parents' attention. They say colorful after-school activities can help the students reduce their study pressure. And at the same time it can make them be strong and heathy. Some people don't agree because they think it's a waste of time to take part in it and students may get tired easily which will influent their study.
In my opinion I think it's good for the students to take part in after-school activity because it is not only good for their health but also can help them be refresh so that they can study well.

Studying at school occupies students a lot of time so students have less part time when the holiday comes they feel so excited and don’t want to study just sleep and play with their friends all the time. Students can spend their part time happily at the same time they can learn things too. Students can consider to watch movie I think they like to watch movie of course because movie is so funny watching movie is like studying English what’s more important is that they can learn the countries’ culture the movies always reflect the countries’ culture. Students can also go to the museum they can visit the museum learning the history they see the real material it is much lively than the book. The part time is very precious for students they can play with fun and learn things at the same time.
