如果我們長(zhǎng)期生活在有噪音的地方，那么這些噪音會(huì)對(duì)我們有一定的`惡性刺激，嚴(yán)重影響我們的睡眠質(zhì)量，并會(huì)導(dǎo)致頭暈、頭痛、失眠、多夢(mèng)、記憶力減退、注意力不集中神經(jīng)衰弱癥狀和惡心、欲吐、胃痛、腹脹、食欲呆滯等消化道癥狀。如果不想得病那么請(qǐng)多種樹(shù)，因?yàn)闃?shù)能夠吸收噪音等污染物，還能夠保護(hù)環(huán)境，真是一舉兩得。
