Usually maybe you eat many foods for example ham dumpling hamburger and so on .Which food do you favorite in these foods I tell you I like to eat jelly .
One daywhen I saw many children were choosing the jelly in a shopso I walked there with interest and I found the packing of the jelly was very nice from the outside it was very transparent bright and fresh color and it made me lick my chops .So I shouted my mother and asked her but a few kilos of jelly for me .When we walked into our house I took out them right now and peeled the packing and then put it into my mouth and I felt it was very delicious and I did not forget it until now .My favourite food is the jelly not only it made me eat with joy but also I realized the happiness when I tasted it .

In the long history ofChinese course development there are many differences between the Southern andNorthern tastes. Generally speaking the southern courses emphasize freshnessand tenderness; while the northern courses are oilier. As a typically southernerI prefer freshness and pure flavor. So my favorite food is steaming fish.
飲食是人類最基本的需求,但飲食因文化而異。色香味一直被看做是中華飲食文化的基本要素。在中國飲食文化歷史發(fā)展的'長河中,南方菜和北方菜有很多不同。一般來說,南方菜更注重鮮、嫩,而北方菜相對比較油膩。作為一個典型的南方人,我更喜愛鮮美和純粹的味道。所以,清蒸魚是我最喜歡的菜。
Steaming fish isa classical Guang Dong dish. It’s famous for light soft and slippery taste.The material must be fresh and the cook must control the heat to make sure thefish remain tender and pure. Put the fresh fish in the pot to steam for 8minutes with mild heat. Before the dish is finished add a spoon of oil andsome chopped green onion and a spoon of soy sauce and then the steaming fishis done. My mother is very good at cooking this course. I really love the wayshe cook the fish not only maintain the original flavors of the fish but alsoprovide with enough protein.

My favourite recipe: Lotus root stewed spare ribs
Lotus root stewed spare ribs is a nutritious soup main ingredient is the lotus root and spare ribs the main cooking process is to boil. Lotus root and ribs with meat and vegetables can balance nutrition which can be consumed as a tonic soup.
Raw materials: Lotus root 200 g spare ribs 300 g 3 jujubes.
Spices: onion 10 g ginger 10 g salt 8 g pepper 5 g cooking wine 10 g cooking oil 30 ml.
Production steps:
Cut spare ribs into inch segment and wash lotus root after using a knife scrape the surface of the bark.
Put oil into the pot till the fragrant smoke from onion and ginger. Then fry the spare ribs into the pot and stir it and put the cooking wine into the pot after the spare ribs changes colour.
Take a pot pour the fried spare ribs fill water then add the lotus root dates then add the lotus root block and jujube after stirring to boil switch to small simmer for one hour and then add salt and pepper to taste.
It can help to clear heat cool blood nourish yin and it is also rich in nutrition. So I like it very much.
我最愛的一道菜:蓮藕排骨湯
蓮藕排骨湯十分有營養(yǎng)主料是蓮藕和排骨主要制作方法是燉。蓮藕排骨肉類和蔬菜可以平衡營養(yǎng)可以作為滋補湯食用。
原料:蓮藕200克排骨300克3顆棗。調(diào)料:蔥10克姜10克鹽8克胡椒粉5克料酒10克烹調(diào)油30毫升。
制作步驟:
1、把排骨切成段塊蓮藕洗凈后用小刀刮去表面的'皮。
2、鍋內(nèi)放油放入蔥姜直到聞到香味.然后將排骨略炒下放入鍋內(nèi)攪拌并放入料酒放入鍋中后直至排骨顏色發(fā)生變化。
3、取一湯鍋倒入炸好的排骨加滿水然后加入蓮藕紅棗然后添加藕塊和紅棗攪拌煮沸后改用小火燉一小時然后加入鹽和胡椒。
