Everybody is good! Today, the title of my speech is: attitude decides everything.
I work from to attend to now, has been for half a year. 大家好!今天，我演講的題目是：態(tài)度決定一切。
我從參加工作到現(xiàn)在，已經(jīng)半年了。半年來，無論我做什么樣的工作，都始終抱著一種認認真真，扎扎實實的態(tài)度來對待，并逐漸在工作中發(fā)現(xiàn)了樂趣，體驗到了人生的價值。雖然，這半年來，我所做的工作都很普通，很平凡，在工作中，也遇到過挫折和失敗，經(jīng)歷過迷惘和失落，但在這半年的工作實踐中，我真實地體驗到了"態(tài)度決定一切"�，F(xiàn)在我們都還年輕，俗話說：人生的花季是生命的春天，它美麗，卻短暫。作為新一代的青年就應該在這一時期抓緊時間，努力工作，奮發(fā)向上，找到一片屬于自己的天空。
有一位哲人說過：“夢里走了許多路，醒來還是在床上”。它形象地告訴我們一個道理：人不能躺在夢幻式的理想中生活。是的，人不僅要大膽幻想，而且還要有理想，更要努力的去做，在理想中躺著等待新的開始，結(jié)果不僅遙遙無期，甚至連已經(jīng)擁有的也會失去。所以說不管什么事情我們都要有目標，擺正好心態(tài)，認認真真，踏踏實實的朝著目標去奮斗。
(我曾經(jīng)看到過這樣一則故事：有一只烏鴉打算飛往東方，途中遇到了一只鴿子，它倆�？吭谝豢脴渖闲菹�，鴿子看見烏鴉飛得很辛苦，關心地問：“你要飛到哪里去?”烏鴉憤憤不平地說：“其實我不想離開，可是這個地方的居民都嫌我的叫聲不好聽，所以我要飛到別的地方去。”鴿子好心的告訴烏鴉別白費力氣了，如果你不改變你的聲音，飛到那里都不會受到歡迎的。)這個故事不僅簡單的告訴我們要學會改變自己，更要調(diào)整好自己的心態(tài)，不能因為自己某一方面不好就逃避，要有超越自我的勇氣，才會達到真正的目標。
魯迅先生也曾說，"不滿是向上的靈魂"。時代的進步使新事物讓人難以置信的速度發(fā)展。沒什么鐵飯碗，沒什么保質(zhì)期。無論什么時候，都必須以起跑線上的姿態(tài)去迎接挑戰(zhàn)。只有不斷地學習和提高，才能跟得上這個精彩的大時代的步伐。
對現(xiàn)實的滿足不等于自足，保持一顆積極向上的心態(tài)，對自己的工作的喜愛是一種滿足，同樣你也會為你喜歡的工作創(chuàng)造更大的價值，安于現(xiàn)狀是自足，它會讓你一蹶不振，更會讓你走向失敗的深淵，但我認為最重要的不是滿足而是野心，有野心，才會有激情，有野心才會有追求，有野心，才會創(chuàng)造奇跡，讓不可能變?yōu)橛锌赡�，讓一切皆有可能�?/p>
也許，有些人會對我說的`這些話感到不可思議，認為我是在說大話。但我卻認為這是最真實的。不知道大家有沒有聽說過這樣一個故事，說有人問三個砌磚工人："你們在做什么 "第一個工人說："我正在砌磚。"第二個工人說："我正在賺錢。"第三個工人卻說："我正在建造世界上最富有特色的房子。"故事的結(jié)果就是到了最后，前兩個工人還是普普通通的砌磚工人，而第三個工人卻成了偉大的建筑師。人們通過這個故事，無非是想諷刺前兩種人胸無大志，所以一事無成。而贊美第三種人有遠大的理想，能夠成就大業(yè)。但我對這個故事卻有另一種看法：即使是最平凡的工作，也會有閃光的地方，在普通的崗位上，也能創(chuàng)造出人生價值。
法國著名的思想家盧梭曾說過這樣一句話："每一種工作都蘊藏著無窮的樂趣，只是有些人不懂得怎樣去發(fā)掘他們罷了”。在工作中，有的人老是抱怨別人的運氣好，碰到了好一點的老師訂了單，這樣的心態(tài)是不對的，要知道，上帝永遠只把機會留給有準備的人，有的人可能會問，如何準備呢?其實很簡單，我們做電話營銷的時候，一通電話打過去，彼此在交流過程中太過嚴肅，拘謹，客戶會偏理性思考，如果理性思考這個合同就難以成功，如果打電話出去的時候是開心愉快的，客戶會感受到喜悅，這個是會偏感性思考。如果我們面帶微笑的打電話，就如你對鏡子微笑，鏡子也會對你微笑，相信你的感情可以直接通過電話傳達給對方，這樣我們就會更加愉快的和客戶交流，客戶一高興就會感性思考，而我們電話營銷在交流的時候有沒有辦法看到彼此，沒有辦法，所以聲音表情變得非常重要。只要他高興了，對你的感覺對了，這個合同就很容易成功。所以說只要我們?nèi)グl(fā)掘就會發(fā)現(xiàn)工作中蘊藏著無窮的樂趣。成功的腳步也會慢慢的向你靠攏，不是嗎?
