20 xx year is an extraordinary year, the Olympics, the earthquake in sichuan. Every Chinese people showed excellent performance. 新年的英語作文【篇二】
December 31, the day before, that is, to celebrate New Year's day, our school held a grand interesting games.

The second project is to bounce the ball game, I am a bounce the ball players, only heard a whistle, I immediately put down the ball, shoot the ball quickly, only hear the students keep counting, one, two,... 旦的前一天，也就是十二月三十一日，我們學校為了慶祝元旦，舉行了盛大的有趣運動會。
上午八時四十分，操場上人山人海，人聲鼎沸，各種講話聲、呼喊聲不絕于耳，同學們懷著激動的心情，等待活動的開展。一會兒，迎面接力賽開始了，只聽到“啪”的一聲槍響，選手們像離弦之箭沖了出去。旁邊的同學一邊鼓掌，一邊大聲高呼，加油、加油，為選手助威吶喊。同學們有的拍紅了手掌，有的喊啞了嗓子。選手們你來我往，最后一名同學終于沖過了終點，結(jié)果我們班得了第二名，二(2)班得了第一名，二(1)班得了第三名。第二個比賽項目是拍球，我是一名拍球選手，只聽到一聲哨響，我立即放下球，迅速地拍起球來，只聽到同學們不停地數(shù)著數(shù)，一、二、……一百、二百……，其他同學不停地為我加油助威，過了一分鐘，又是一聲哨響，比賽結(jié)束了，結(jié)果二(1)班第一名，我們第二名，二(2)班第三名。
比賽結(jié)束了，大家意猶未盡。雖然這次我們沒有得到第一名，但是我們并不灰心，我們只要加緊鍛煉，不斷努力，牢記勝不驕、敗不餒這句話，下次我們一定可以得到第一名。
