            然而,美國的教學方法就與我國大不相同。在美國某一課堂上,老師教學生用氣壓計測量樓房的高度時,那位老師便把學生找來,不是教訓一頓,而是耐心地問:“還有別的方法嗎?”學生答道:“方法多得很,我可以把氣壓計拴在繩子上,從樓頂順下來,再測量這根繩子的長度……”我不得不佩服這位學生的想象力和創(chuàng)新力。如果這位學生出現在我國則會使大部分老師怒發(fā)沖冠,覺得該學生是故意抬杠,嘩眾取寵,搗亂課堂秩序。因為這位學生用了老師沒教過的方法。在當今競爭激烈的社會上,如果只用“老師教過的方法”來解決問題,不創(chuàng)新,那么科技如何發(fā)展?據說,近年來,全國的小發(fā)明僅僅是改造了一些黑板擦,臉盆架等。這原因固然是多方面的,但教學方法守舊肯定有之。

            我國某一教育家曾在黑板上畫了一個點,然后問剛入學的小學生說:“這是什么?”他們回答是:“綠豆、月亮、鷹眼、乒乓球、燒餅……”,而拿同樣的問題問小學畢業(yè)生,他們卻回答是:“小數點”、“粉筆點”?梢,僅僅是小學畢業(yè),人類可貴的想象力就被禁錮到這種程度。這充分說明我國傳統(tǒng)的教育體制和教育方法嚴重阻礙了創(chuàng)新思維的發(fā)展。

            在當今社會,科技爆炸,知識更新速度快得驚人。國與國之間的競爭,歸根結底就是人才的競爭,如果我們不能培養(yǎng)出具有創(chuàng)新精神的人才,那么我們也就應了孫中山先生說得那句話:“落后就要挨打”。要培養(yǎng)出創(chuàng)新人才,就要求老師不僅要教會學生知識,還要教會他們如何發(fā)現知識。正所謂是“授人以魚不如授人以漁”。

            綜上所述,只有教育的改革,教育方法的改變,才能培養(yǎng)出真正的創(chuàng)新人才。
