　　想吃餃子就要包餃子，這餃子可不是很容易做的。包餃子之前首先要和面。我倒了一些面放在盆里，又拿碗倒了一些水放了進去。剛開始水倒少了，揉出來的面拿起來向下掉面渣。又加了點水之后，面又都粘在我手上。哎，水總是加的不合適，光和面就這么難，等到吃上餃子要等到什么時候啊!又加了一點干的面粉，面總算弄好了�？墒且宦爧寢屨f面還要放半個小時，真等的我不耐煩了。面好了我等不及的沖到面旁邊，拿出一小塊面學(xué)著媽媽以前包餃子的動作把面揉成一個細(xì)長條。結(jié)果揉的一節(jié)粗一節(jié)細(xì)的還好揉了好長時間終于揉好了。我突然想：既然餃子作為中國傳統(tǒng)文化流傳了下來，餃子就一定很美味，但是肯定有一定的制作難度。為了吃上美味的餃子努力!接下來開始把面切成小塊，再繼續(xù)搟皮。搟皮是最難的事了，也是重中之重。如果皮薄了餃子容易破，如果皮厚了餃子餡熟了皮沒熟。我把一小塊一小塊的面按成了可愛的小柿餅大小，便準(zhǔn)備搟皮了。我一手拿著小餅，一手拿著搟面杖搟餃子皮。哎，像媽媽那樣搟皮好難啊，我實在學(xué)不會最后我就像搟大餅一樣搟了餃子皮。雖然方法笨拙但是效果還是不錯。該包餃子了，媽媽給我做了我最愛吃的豬肉大蔥餡。我拿起搟好的皮在媽媽的旁邊學(xué)著包餃子。包出一個餃子之后突然覺得包餃子不是那么困難。終于包好了開始煮了，我在鍋的旁邊盼著餃子煮熟�？粗�餃子在過的翻騰如同一條條白色的魚在歡樂的游戲。餃子煮熟了!嘴里吃著餃子心里說不出的開心。霎時，我覺得我離中國的傳統(tǒng)文化也近了一步。
