我們班有一位漂亮可愛的英語老師。她有一頭披肩的波浪發(fā)，一雙炯炯有神的眼睛，還有一張能說會道的嘴。她姓沈，故而大家都叫她“MissShen”。
我們非常喜歡MissShen上的英語課，因為她經(jīng)常會給我們做一些稀奇古怪但頗好玩的游戲。
這天，上課鈴聲剛響過，MissShen便微笑著走進教室，故作神秘地說：“今天，我們先認(rèn)真上課，然后要做一個與之有關(guān)的很好玩的游戲哦！”同學(xué)們聽了，雖然不清楚MissShen又想出了什么新游戲，但個個一臉的期待，全神貫注地投入到學(xué)習(xí)中去了。
終于，講完了新課。MissShen宣布：“現(xiàn)在，我們開始游戲！我會將一個同學(xué)請到講臺上，讓他轉(zhuǎn)過身，然后將一張單詞卡片藏在某個同學(xué)的.課桌里。這個時候，講臺上的同學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)身來尋找卡片。當(dāng)他越來越接近卡片的藏身之處，同學(xué)們就大聲拼讀那個單詞，反之，他越走越遠(yuǎn)，同學(xué)們就小聲讀。知道了嗎？”
“知道了！”大家異口同聲地回答，同時也忍不住摩拳擦掌起來。
游戲開始了，MissShen興致勃勃地在旁邊指揮，其他同學(xué)大聲或小聲讀著單詞。找卡片的同學(xué)東奔西走，遠(yuǎn)離目標(biāo)時便急得抓耳撓腮，靠近目標(biāo)時更是找得滿頭大汗……同學(xué)們玩得不亦樂乎，爭著搶著要去做找東西的人，MissShen也樂在其中。
一節(jié)課很快過去，同學(xué)們在不知不覺中已經(jīng)把那些較長的單詞記住了。
MissShen，把有趣的游戲融入到枯燥的英語單詞記憶中，讓同學(xué)們輕輕松松學(xué)好了英語。我們都很喜歡她！

Today is Sunday. I took out the nice doll again. Two years ago, my mother bought her for me on my birthday.
It is a girl. I like to call her "Yuan Yuan", because she has a round face, a round head and round eyes. Her nose and mouth are round too.
Yuan Yuan is wearing a red and white dress, a red hat and red shoes. There is a long pigtail behind her head. I can see a smile on her face when I come back home. How lovely she is!
Yuan Yuan and I are good friends.She looks like my little sister. I usually play games with her. She often listens to me when I tell her a story. I go to bed with her. I think I can't sleep without her.

Santa Claus was born in US in the 1860's he was named this as he had a white beard and a belly, so he was named Santa Claus as this was the Dutch word for St Nicholas, Sintakls. Although the Dutch had bought him with them in the 17th century, he did not become an important person at Christmas until the Novelist Washington Irving put him in a novel that he wrote in 1809. This first Santa Claus was still known as St. Nicholas, he did smoke a pipe, and fly around in a wagon without any reindeer, but he did not have his red suit or live at the North Pole, he did however bring presents to children every year.
In 1863 He was given the name Santa Claus and bore the red suit, pipe, and his reindeer and sleigh.
