　　2、及時與家長溝通，發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的不良反映或表現(xiàn)不好的行為、去成績下降等及時與家長溝通了解情況。前一段時間，我發(fā)現(xiàn)班內(nèi)楊慶良的成績一路下滑，于是我與家長進(jìn)行了一次談話。發(fā)現(xiàn)楊慶良同學(xué)原來一直在利用下午放學(xué)的時間去操場練習(xí)籃球。“強(qiáng)身健體”自然是一件好事，但是要保證給孩子充足的學(xué)習(xí)時間，而楊慶良卻顧此失彼了。于是我和家長達(dá)成了共識，如果他的.成績總是這樣，就取消他的活動，而一門心思的投入到學(xué)習(xí)當(dāng)中。我想從這以后，他一定會取得好成績，獲得進(jìn)步的。
