            非常高興能有這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)跟萬寧的小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師進(jìn)行共同的學(xué)習(xí)和交流,經(jīng)過一天的學(xué)習(xí)大家辛苦了,那么按照原計(jì)劃呢,……。今天上午我將會(huì)把我自己從教12年來的一些教學(xué)經(jīng)歷、教學(xué)敘事等和老師們分享,我是這么一路走來的,我覺得自己還是一個(gè)在成長(zhǎng)中的、需要更多磨練、需要更多學(xué)習(xí)的老師,希望今天的內(nèi)容能和老師們一同共勉。

            首先我會(huì)談?wù)勎易约旱慕虒W(xué)經(jīng)歷,然后我想在我們每一位老師的職業(yè)生涯中,您會(huì)有各種各樣的經(jīng)歷,而這些經(jīng)歷大部分來自于我們的課堂,來自于每一堂課,所以接著我會(huì)從我的角度跟大家分享如何上好一堂課,那我的最后兩點(diǎn)是我認(rèn)為對(duì)一個(gè)小學(xué)教師的成長(zhǎng)非常重要的另外兩個(gè)因素,我會(huì)和大家交流一些看法。我從上培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)里面的demo課到上一堂普通的課,到全國(guó)的賽課,我曾經(jīng)多次的思考過到底怎樣才算是一堂好的課,我們?nèi)绾螐纳虾靡惶谜n迅速的成長(zhǎng)起來。那么,給大家分享5條有關(guān)好課的標(biāo)準(zhǔn):

            一堂好課是有意義的課: 對(duì)學(xué)生來講,初級(jí)的意義至少是學(xué)習(xí)到了東西, 再進(jìn)一步來就是鍛煉了能力, 近而發(fā)展到獲得良好的,積極的情感體驗(yàn), 產(chǎn)生進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)的強(qiáng)烈要求。在這個(gè)過程中他會(huì)越來越主動(dòng)投入到學(xué)習(xí)中去, 有意義的課,也就是一堂扎實(shí)的課, 不是熱鬧的課。

            有效率的課:從面上來說對(duì)全班多少學(xué)生有效率,對(duì)好學(xué)生,中等學(xué)生,困難學(xué)生的效率,是否相同; 效率的高低, 沒有效率就不算是好課。有效率的課,也就是充實(shí)的課, 是有內(nèi)容的課。

            生成性的課:一節(jié)課不完全是預(yù)設(shè)的課, 而是在課程中有教師和學(xué)生的真實(shí)情感與智慧的交流。這個(gè)過程既有資源的生成, 又有過程狀態(tài)的生成。這樣的課可以成為豐實(shí)的課, 內(nèi)容豐富, 多方活躍, 給人以啟發(fā)。我們經(jīng)常會(huì)聽到老師們問how are you 學(xué)生回答 師問:are you happy No let’s play a game, 所有的問題與回答都是老師設(shè)計(jì)好的,作秀課。

            常態(tài)下的課:課堂的價(jià)值在于通過師生碰撞,相互討論,生成許多新的東西。這樣的課稱為平常的課,一堂實(shí)實(shí)在在的課, 不僅現(xiàn)在可以上, 什么時(shí)候都可以上。 要淡化公開課, 多上研討課。 不管誰在聽課。我們都要做到旁若無人, 心中只有學(xué)生。說得容易,做得難,需要非常多的積累。

            有待完善的課: 一節(jié)課不可能十全十美, 它應(yīng)該是真實(shí)的, 不加粉飾的, 值得反思的,注重重建的課。 只要是真實(shí)的,就是有缺憾的。

            講到這里請(qǐng)大家告訴我您的一堂課包含了哪些教學(xué)程序,我這里指的是新授課,:那么接下來 我會(huì)和大家一起走進(jìn)課堂從開始的熱身環(huán)節(jié)談起,分享我的一些做法,或是我觀察到的別人的好的方式。

            熱身 形式有

            主要目的:我用了三個(gè)激活,激活學(xué)生已有的興趣,調(diào)整學(xué)生情緒,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生集中注意力,并讓學(xué)生將已有的興趣英語(yǔ)化,將興趣與英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)融為一體。激活學(xué)生已有的知識(shí)與能力。我們的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)就是在學(xué)生已有的英語(yǔ)知識(shí)和能力之上進(jìn)行的。這樣就需要經(jīng)常去激活學(xué)生已有的知識(shí)和能力,來講授新的英語(yǔ)知識(shí),培養(yǎng)新的英語(yǔ)能力。 激活課堂學(xué)習(xí)氛圍,讓學(xué)生在有利于英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的課堂氛圍中學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)。(請(qǐng)大家舉例warmer)

            導(dǎo)入呈現(xiàn)階段:這是英語(yǔ)教學(xué)過程中的最重要的環(huán)節(jié)之一也就是一種示范,我個(gè)人認(rèn)為也是給你這堂課加分的地方,因?yàn)榍懊娴膚armer 時(shí)間短,這里的導(dǎo)入呈現(xiàn)做得好,會(huì)讓人有眼前一亮的感覺。在要求學(xué)生運(yùn)用所學(xué)的新語(yǔ)言之前,呈現(xiàn)給學(xué)生新的語(yǔ)言材料,這些語(yǔ)言材料是指什么,是指要讓學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)掌握的詞匯、目標(biāo)語(yǔ)句、對(duì)話或短文,當(dāng)然也不是說一次性全部塞給學(xué)生,我們要讓學(xué)生獲得第一次感知,使我們的孩子在學(xué)習(xí)的第一時(shí)間知道所學(xué)語(yǔ)言的音、義和形,由教師把新的語(yǔ)言知識(shí)和能力、新的語(yǔ)用功能、新的語(yǔ)義示范給學(xué)生,讓學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)了解;形式有…… 呈現(xiàn)方式:掛圖或簡(jiǎn)筆畫:不看課文而是看著掛圖或教師的簡(jiǎn)筆畫,直接感知教師的語(yǔ)言。注意語(yǔ)言盡可能原原本本地呈現(xiàn)課文,不走彎路;

            細(xì)分開來這階段包括導(dǎo)入、新知呈現(xiàn)、知識(shí)講解三個(gè)部分。

            教材呈現(xiàn):直接打開教材,看課文內(nèi)容,默讀或聽教師朗讀課文;

            錄音呈現(xiàn):聽課文錄音,可看或不看課文內(nèi)容;聽錄音前要布置任務(wù),而不是讓學(xué)生們漫無目的的聽。這些都是整體呈現(xiàn)的方式。

            播放動(dòng)畫或錄像呈現(xiàn):讓學(xué)生看動(dòng)畫片或錄像,聽課文錄音,看課文文字。這就是視覺、聽覺、圖像、聲音等調(diào)動(dòng)多種感官參與的學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng),是最有效的呈現(xiàn)。這一階段應(yīng)該注意的問題:幫助學(xué)生從已有的知識(shí)過渡到新語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí),引導(dǎo)學(xué)生進(jìn)入學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài); 導(dǎo)入過程為新知識(shí)的呈現(xiàn)搭橋、鋪路、為新知學(xué)習(xí)和新技能訓(xùn)練做好心理和知識(shí)準(zhǔn)備; 這個(gè)階段應(yīng)以激發(fā)興趣為宗旨,時(shí)間不宜過長(zhǎng),形式不宜過于復(fù)雜;因課型的不同而不同,做到有序安排、形式活潑、手段靈活、方法多樣;注重實(shí)效性。在呈現(xiàn)部分:因?yàn)槭菍W(xué)生第一次接觸課文的活動(dòng),要讓學(xué)生感知將要學(xué)習(xí)的詞匯、目標(biāo)語(yǔ)句和語(yǔ)篇等教學(xué)內(nèi)容; 目的是讓學(xué)生對(duì)課文有整體的理解,主要是讓學(xué)生知道今天要學(xué)習(xí)的語(yǔ)言知識(shí)是在什么語(yǔ)境下怎么用的;可以采用直觀手段,如果有條件可以通過多媒體形式,讓學(xué)生直接感知,建議老師們利用掛圖或教材降低學(xué)生對(duì)課文的理解難度。

            舉例……。這些presentation都是讓人眼前一亮的,讓我們覺得這個(gè)idea真的非常的好,學(xué)生也能在最短的時(shí)間里面被吸引,自然而然的進(jìn)入新課的學(xué)習(xí)。UN building

            接下來我們看操練環(huán)節(jié):這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)在我們的小學(xué)英語(yǔ)課堂所占的比重是比較大的,(時(shí)間分配上preration3分鐘presention5分鐘,practice10—15分鐘的時(shí)間)特別是在新授課,這部分起著非常關(guān)鍵的作用。我們要讓孩子們更好的掌握所學(xué)知識(shí),我們就要在這一環(huán)節(jié)盡可能的做到扎實(shí)有效。有這樣一些方式…。句子的操練 詞匯的操練

            在是語(yǔ)言操練的最初級(jí)階段,我們會(huì)選擇模仿性操練,也叫機(jī)械性操練。在聽音會(huì)意的基礎(chǔ)上,學(xué)會(huì)語(yǔ)言材料的發(fā)音,并通過發(fā)音加深對(duì)語(yǔ)言材料的理解;這里我們要注意學(xué)生對(duì)單詞、詞組的發(fā)音及對(duì)語(yǔ)句的整體模仿;(chopsticks)(想進(jìn)一切辦法讓孩子們多讀)大小聲 看口型 手指 卡片 個(gè)人讀 開火車(檢查每個(gè)孩子的發(fā)音是否準(zhǔn)確)注意模仿質(zhì)量,有些學(xué)生使勁的大聲讀,扯著嗓子喊,老師都聽不清楚發(fā)音是否準(zhǔn)確。我們要盡可能讓學(xué)生在模仿時(shí)把所說的語(yǔ)句和圖片所示的內(nèi)容及其情境聯(lián)系起來,體會(huì)單詞與

            句子所表達(dá)的內(nèi)容。

            伴隨著學(xué)習(xí)能力的提高,進(jìn)度的推進(jìn),我們進(jìn)入是語(yǔ)言的第二層次的操練:替換性操練。目的:學(xué)生熟練掌握語(yǔ)言的外形結(jié)構(gòu),舉一反三,熟練套用并掌握目標(biāo)語(yǔ)句;(這里想提一下這個(gè)舉一反三)這里要注意循序漸進(jìn)、由淺入深。在初始階段,句子應(yīng)簡(jiǎn)短,容易上口,并隨之加快速度,做到脫口而出。(I like football I like playing football I like playing football in the park)在此基礎(chǔ)上,再要求學(xué)生利用所學(xué)過的知識(shí),或自己身邊物品或發(fā)生過的事情來替換(I like basketball);這就是從學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況出發(fā),關(guān)注他們能力的培養(yǎng)。(Chant song 互動(dòng))比如我們?cè)诼犝n時(shí)經(jīng)常會(huì)聽到有的老師利用兩只老虎的曲子來配上我們學(xué)習(xí)的語(yǔ)言知識(shí)來唱歌do you like swimming do you like swimming yes I do yes I do do you like dancing No I don’t請(qǐng)老師來改 (reading singing)

            操練的更高形式是拓展性的操練,這是學(xué)生從語(yǔ)言理解到熟練再到掌握的重要環(huán)節(jié);這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)不論是對(duì)老師還是對(duì)學(xué)生的要求都比較高,我們要精心設(shè)計(jì)。目的:通過反復(fù)強(qiáng)化訓(xùn)練,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生從對(duì)語(yǔ)言的機(jī)械認(rèn)識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)向理解識(shí)記,進(jìn)而達(dá)到長(zhǎng)時(shí)記憶;基本形式:教師利用身邊的資源實(shí)物、卡片、圖片等,為學(xué)生創(chuàng)設(shè)一定較為真實(shí)的情境,讓學(xué)生運(yùn)用新學(xué)句型進(jìn)行交際,讓所學(xué)的語(yǔ)言知識(shí)更具真實(shí)性、趣味性和實(shí)用性。在這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),請(qǐng)注意我們老師的示范、調(diào)控作用,

            針對(duì)以上三種操練形式,給大家展示幾個(gè)案例,show me your ear (一起做) I have a …me too (dress)請(qǐng)兩名學(xué)員 Let’s chant (先讓學(xué)員讀)

            1、 What’s this It’s a…(動(dòng)物、食物、水果等等)

            2、 圖片how many apples do you want

            3、they’re enough(新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)上面幾乎沒有write)

            小結(jié)一下,在操練這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)我們要盡可能少的機(jī)械性操練,盡可能多的語(yǔ)境化操練 ,針對(duì)真實(shí)目的.的操練,針對(duì)真實(shí)困難的操練,要給學(xué)生真實(shí)語(yǔ)境中為了真實(shí)語(yǔ)用目的的練習(xí)。否則孩子們會(huì)覺得無趣,沒有挑戰(zhàn)性,特別是高年級(jí)的孩子們,他們逐漸對(duì)操練活動(dòng)失去興趣。

            成果展示(拓展…):形式有…目的:通過引導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)綜合各知識(shí)點(diǎn)和各種語(yǔ)言材料,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生能就具體情境正確應(yīng)用語(yǔ)言的交際能力。注意是用所學(xué)的知識(shí)和技能來完成一個(gè)任務(wù),可以在小組或結(jié)對(duì)中完成。(攀登英語(yǔ))看圖講解

            錄像 錄音 注意及時(shí)的評(píng)價(jià)是否課堂上完成 小組評(píng) 全班評(píng)

            小結(jié):通過教師主導(dǎo)的總結(jié)或是教師引導(dǎo)學(xué)生的自我總結(jié),對(duì)本節(jié)課的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言知識(shí)和能力進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),既讓學(xué)生會(huì)明確本節(jié)課的課后復(fù)習(xí)鞏固目標(biāo)和重點(diǎn),又幫助學(xué)生形成明確的語(yǔ)言意識(shí),強(qiáng)化學(xué)生對(duì)多學(xué)知識(shí)的記憶。比如我們會(huì)把這堂課小組評(píng)價(jià)的結(jié)果小結(jié)一下,(得分)回顧本課所學(xué)等等,(有的老師時(shí)間把握不好的 會(huì)狠狠的利用這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié))

            最后是布置作業(yè):是課堂教學(xué)的有效延伸,要考慮內(nèi)容、形式,還要具有:層次性、鞏固性、拓展性、發(fā)展性,不要成為學(xué)生的一種負(fù)擔(dān)。我認(rèn)為我們布置的作業(yè),我們要能檢查、能監(jiān)督、學(xué)生能完成,否則就是無效的作業(yè)。講解…

            我不知道在坐的有沒有教研組長(zhǎng),我覺得科組組織的教研活動(dòng)是鍛煉老師的一塊陣地,(提問:我想請(qǐng)問在座的老師近3年來你離開學(xué)校參加培訓(xùn)的次數(shù),除了這一次以外,有兩次的舉手,出省參加培訓(xùn)的老師)對(duì)于一線教師來講,能夠走出來參加培訓(xùn)、學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)是非常少的,但是如果我們的教研組長(zhǎng)能組織好校內(nèi)的校本培訓(xùn),那將對(duì)老師的成長(zhǎng)起到非常大的作用。每個(gè)學(xué)期我都會(huì)組織一些科組活動(dòng),比如……。

            然后就是學(xué)科活動(dòng)…。雖然我們沒有走出學(xué)校,但是我們能通過這些鍛煉自己,磨練自己,提升自己。

            We live in the world every day. We eat food, drink water, wear clothes, watch TV, use computers and so on. We are producing waste every moment.

            Generally speaking, there are four sorts of waste. They are material waste, organic waste, inorganic waste and poisonous & harmful waste. Now, we are going to talk about each sort of waste one by one.

            Material waste: it means the waste of substance or things from which something else can be made. For example, people throw away the used metal products and buy a new one, so the old metal waste accumulates. At last, they become waste. For example, when people finish reading newspaper, the paper will become waste. When the glass is broken, it also becomes waste. Nobody wants to use a broken window or drink with a broken glass or wear a pair of broken glasses. Once it is broken, it becomes waste. The rate of using plastics is increasing day by day.

            People use plastic bags because they are convenient. When they get home, they throw the plastics way, paying no attention to the environment. The more convenience plastics brings to us, the more plastic waste is produced. This is called “white pollution” as most plastics are white. Some of our products we use every day are made of rubber, just like the tyres and the bottom part of our shoes. It’s true that rubber plays an important role in our life. However, it also brings us some trouble when it has been used for a long time and becomes old. The old tyres become waste because it can’t break down by nature. This is really a big problem.
