Unit 1 MY NEW TEACHERS
第一課時(shí)
教學(xué)目標(biāo)與要求
1、能聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、認(rèn)、讀,并理解本課的五個(gè)新單詞:young, heavy, old , funny, kind;
2、能掌握句型:Who’s your…? What’s he /she like? 并能在具體的語(yǔ)境中運(yùn)用;
3、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生熱愛(ài)、尊敬老師的情感。
教學(xué)建議
、.Warm-up
1、Show a picture of some classrooms. (采用圖片或CAI的形式呈現(xiàn),根據(jù)不同學(xué)校的條件
而定)
Music room /Art room /Computer room / Lab
2、點(diǎn)擊CAI,各個(gè)教室出現(xiàn)不同的老師或繼續(xù)采用圖片的形式:將各個(gè)教師貼到相應(yīng)的
教室里。
Who is he/she?
He /She ‘s our Music / Art / Computer / Science teacher.
3、根據(jù)以前學(xué)過(guò)的描述人物的形容詞,結(jié)合呈現(xiàn)的教師自編一個(gè)CHANT,營(yíng)造課堂氣
氛,激發(fā)學(xué)生的積極性,同時(shí)也為下面引出新詞作鋪墊。
Chant: Tall, tall, tall, Computer teacher. is tall.
Short , short ,short , Science teacher. is short.
Thin , thin ,thin , Art teacher. is thin.
Fat , fat ,fat ,Music teacher. is fat.
Funny , funny, funny ,they’re so funny!
II. Presentation
1、采用CAI 的形式設(shè)計(jì)一位轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)來(lái)校就讀的新朋友:Zip讓他做一個(gè)有趣的動(dòng)作.
T: This is Zip, he is….
S: Funny!
T: Yes, he is funny, do you like him ? This term he will be our new classmate.
2、CAI點(diǎn)擊Zip,讓Zip自己介紹:Hello! I’m Zip .I’m glad to be your new classmate. This is a picture of my former school.(CAI出示主情景圖)
3、CAI: Zip介紹自己的老師:
(a) Look! This is my math teacher (教師拿出一本數(shù)學(xué)書(shū)解釋).He’s tall and thin.
T: Who is your Chinese teacher? Zip假裝聽(tīng)不清,教師適時(shí)讓全班學(xué)生一起問(wèn)他:Who is your Chinese teacher?
T:Miss Zhang. What’s she like? (學(xué)生read,教師用態(tài)勢(shì)語(yǔ)幫助學(xué)生理解)Can you tell me ?
Ss: He’s short and fat!
Zip: Yes, he’s short and heavy . (read 用夸張的的體態(tài)語(yǔ)描述)
Practice: “heavy”. (出示一些卡通胖人物的圖片:Zoom, Zhu Bajie , etc)
(b) Ss:(教師啟發(fā)學(xué)生問(wèn)) Who is your music teacher and who is your art teacher?
Zip:Guess !
Ss guess.
Ss: What’s he /she like ?(compare)
Zip: She is young and he is old(長(zhǎng)著胡須). (read)
Practise: T:I ’m old ,you are young.
讓學(xué)生逐個(gè)說(shuō):I’m young , you are old.
(c) Ss :Who is your computer teacher?
Zip:M r Li.
T:(出示這位老師和藹可親的笑臉)What’s he like?
Ss: He’s…(讓學(xué)生隨意描述,之后教師導(dǎo)出kind)
播放常識(shí)老師悉心輔導(dǎo)Zip的一個(gè)片段,Zip:My Science teacher is kind ,too.
T: Let’s see, in our school, who is kind? Am I kind?
Practise: My …teacher is kind./ XX is kind.(讓學(xué)生說(shuō)說(shuō)自己的老師和同學(xué))

●活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)①:Make a new chant. (CAI)
My grandma is old, my mother is young.
My father is tall, my little brother’s short.
Zoom is heavy, Zip is funny.
They are all very kind. And I’m kind, too.
活動(dòng)目的:綜合呈現(xiàn)新學(xué)單詞,在歌謠中得以鞏固,避免機(jī)械地朗讀。

活動(dòng)過(guò)程:點(diǎn)擊單詞,把單詞拖到相對(duì)應(yīng)的圖片下。如單詞與圖片能對(duì)應(yīng)起來(lái),會(huì)發(fā)出鼓勵(lì)的掌聲; 如不能對(duì)應(yīng),單詞會(huì)自動(dòng)回到原處。另外,也可以放在學(xué)校的網(wǎng)站上,讓學(xué)生課后試一試。新 課 標(biāo) 第 一 網(wǎng)
活動(dòng)目的:字形、字意的鞏固; 在游戲中正確判斷單詞的意思。

Donny: Nice to see you too, Sue.
Sue: Donny, we have a new English teacher. She’s Miss Yang.
Donny: Oh, what’s she like?
Sue: She’s young and kind. And she’s very funny. Oh, Donny, who’s your English teacher?
Donny: Mr. Fang.
Sue: What’s he like?
Donny: He’s old and heavy. But he’s very smart. All of us like him very much.
Sue: It’s time for class, see you next time.
Donny: See you.

活動(dòng)目的:多媒體呈現(xiàn)一些人物圖片,形式可以全班問(wèn)答,小組問(wèn)答,個(gè)人描述等; 學(xué)生可以自由選擇。

活動(dòng)目的:學(xué)生自由操練,自帶家人,朋友,老師等的照片,在真實(shí)的情境中,綜合運(yùn)用所學(xué)語(yǔ)言,學(xué)以致用,進(jìn)行交際。
●活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)⑦:Guessing game!
語(yǔ)言:——Who’s your good friend?
——Guess!
——Boy or girl?

——What’s he like?
——He’s tall and cool. He has two big eyes. He’s eleven.…
——Is he Fei Xiang…?
——No!/Yeah, you are right.

活動(dòng)目的:在“猜猜看”的游戲情景中運(yùn)用本節(jié)課所學(xué)語(yǔ)言,進(jìn)行交際,達(dá)到學(xué)以致用的目的。
