大家下午好！
首先感謝區(qū)教研室的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給我一次與大家交流的機(jī)會。在座的各位畢業(yè)班英語老師都是經(jīng)驗(yàn)非常豐富的，在大家面前來談英語教學(xué)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)實(shí)在是慚愧。為了提高英語教學(xué)質(zhì)量，我的確是想了很多的辦法，這里面有成功帶來的喜悅，也有失敗帶來的反思。這些談不上經(jīng)驗(yàn)，現(xiàn)簡單地做個(gè)介紹，如有不當(dāng)之處，敬請各位批評指正。
記得剛剛走上工作崗位的我曾經(jīng)信心百倍，認(rèn)為小學(xué)英語教學(xué)應(yīng)該是很簡單的事情，不就是聽、說、讀、寫嘛，沒什么難的，但真正開始教學(xué)，真正開始接觸學(xué)生之后，我才感覺到：小學(xué)英語教學(xué)尤其是我們農(nóng)村學(xué)生的英語教學(xué)真是坎坷難行。教學(xué)一開始我就遇到了種種問題。有一大部分學(xué)生在潛意識里根本沒有把英語當(dāng)一回事，有些學(xué)生甚至有抵觸的情緒。從家庭上看，我們的學(xué)生家庭大部分屬于農(nóng)村家庭，英語沒有被受到重視，再加上家長能聽懂英語的少之又少，更別說輔導(dǎo)了。從環(huán)境上來看，學(xué)生除了課堂上短短的40分鐘外，基本上就沒有使用英語的環(huán)境了，放學(xué)后聽英語磁帶的作業(yè)也有大部分學(xué)生不能自覺完成，再加上英語課課時(shí)較少，因此我的英語教學(xué)開展得并不順暢。面對如此多的問題，我決定從學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣、學(xué)習(xí)方法和學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣方面去入手解決�，F(xiàn)想從我的切身體會談幾點(diǎn)做法及建議：
一、要從自身找原因，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣。
自己先要想辦法，持有一份樂觀的態(tài)度，勤思考，樂奉獻(xiàn)。給學(xué)生一份愛，讓學(xué)生喜歡你，從而喜歡上你的英語課。因?yàn)榕d趣是最好的老師，當(dāng)學(xué)生喜歡上你的課了，專心地聽講了，那課堂上所取得的效果不就事半功倍了嗎？在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣方面，我做了如下工作：
（一）、用愛去灌溉學(xué)生。
首先用心地給學(xué)生一份愛。因?yàn)閻劭梢匀诨伺c人之間的隔閡，給學(xué)生一份愛，同時(shí)你也會收獲到他們對您的愛。我們要在日常生活接觸中體現(xiàn)愛，例如下課后，我大多時(shí)間都會逗留在班里，跟他們談?wù)剬W(xué)習(xí)上的問題、說說家常話或開個(gè)玩笑逗逗他們，他們會不亦樂乎。時(shí)間長了，他們就把我當(dāng)朋友了。記得20xx年那屆我班有個(gè)頑皮又聰明的學(xué)生叫黃永樟，各門功課成績極差，經(jīng)常不及格甚至低分，是讓語文數(shù)學(xué)老師頭疼的學(xué)生�？捎⒄Z科他卻十分感興趣，能拿八、九十分，為什么他英語成績那么高呢，原因是他被我“俘虜”了，很愛上英語課，也很喜歡給我拉家常。有一次，下課了，他走到我跟前，興奮地告訴我，他家大母狗生了5條小狗，可愛極了。
（二）、注重課前、課堂中氣氛的調(diào)和。
每次上課走來，總能從樓下聽到我班朗朗的英語讀書聲，當(dāng)我站在講臺上的第一句話便是及時(shí)地、微笑著表揚(yáng)他們：“Youhadagoodjob，children。”在樓下我已經(jīng)能聽到你們朗朗的讀書聲了，老師真開心啊，你們讀得那么好，或很自豪的或說：“哇，你們讀書真棒，所有老師聽了也對你們豎起了大拇指”，這樣小小的表揚(yáng)就充分樹立他們的自信心，他們會很高興，下次他們會讀得更好。別以為這樣的方法六年級不適用了，恰好這些方法我都是一年級，六年級通用的，課堂上也注重學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)，隨時(shí)調(diào)整課堂氣氛，使學(xué)生在一個(gè)良好的'氛圍里不知不覺地學(xué)到了知識。記得去年的六（1）班下午第一節(jié)英語，由于3月份天氣原因，學(xué)生總有一種“春眼不覺曉，處處聞啼鳥”的倦態(tài)，那節(jié)課學(xué)生的精神狀態(tài)很差，學(xué)習(xí)積極性不高，我想：如果這樣講下去效果肯定不好，于是我臨時(shí)利用我班的搞笑大王葉寶彬同學(xué)做著火點(diǎn)，從他入手，我說：“Hello寶彬，howoldareyoutoday？”他被我突如其來的問題嚇愣了，我順勢說：“我猜你有30歲了”全班同學(xué)一聽，哈的一聲笑起來，眼神都看著寶彬，我說：“看你今天上課的心態(tài)有30歲了吧？好，老師決定今天幫你時(shí)光倒流，把你變成3歲的小孩子，好嗎？”這時(shí)寶彬不好意思的笑了，全班同學(xué)也來起了精神，他們倒要看看我怎樣把寶彬同學(xué)變成一個(gè)3歲的小孩子。也許有的老師會說，這樣每天浪費(fèi)時(shí)間在與學(xué)習(xí)無關(guān)的事上，不就事倍功半了嗎？我覺得恰恰相反，每節(jié)課恰當(dāng)?shù)臍夥照{(diào)節(jié)，是課堂上良好的調(diào)料，把他們的學(xué)習(xí)注意力集中到課堂上，那效果不就事半功倍了嗎，總比羅羅嗦嗦講紀(jì)律強(qiáng)多了，而實(shí)踐證時(shí)，我也收到了較好的教學(xué)效果
二、抓好課堂教學(xué)掌握良好的學(xué)習(xí)方法。
不管是哪一門學(xué)科，要想有好成績，課堂教學(xué)的質(zhì)量是最重要的，課后炒冷飯，補(bǔ)的效果當(dāng)然也有，那肯定會費(fèi)時(shí)費(fèi)力。在課堂教學(xué)方面，要注意方法，尤其是一些無味枯燥的內(nèi)容，要找易于學(xué)生理解的切入點(diǎn)，要想方設(shè)法吸引學(xué)生。對于自己今天所上的內(nèi)容自己一定要有個(gè)清晰的思路，課后及時(shí)反思。例如反思一下你今天教的開心嗎？學(xué)生學(xué)得開心嗎？學(xué)生學(xué)到了什么，遺漏了什么等等。同時(shí)對于一些后進(jìn)生，課堂上千萬不要丟掉他們，不理他們，不給他們發(fā)言、練說的機(jī)會。相反，要像警察一樣時(shí)常盯著他們，與他們進(jìn)行目光的交流。因?yàn)樗麄兒筮M(jìn)，可能有更多的聽不懂的地方，而容易開小差，教師的目光以及點(diǎn)名回答，一是提醒他認(rèn)真聽課，同時(shí)也是在給他練習(xí)的機(jī)會。
三、培養(yǎng)良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。
（一）、全面實(shí)行“一幫一”，充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的作用。
為了提高英語教學(xué)質(zhì)量，提高學(xué)生的英語學(xué)習(xí)成績，我還注意培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的互助學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，分小組學(xué)習(xí)，小組成員結(jié)成一幫一的互助對子，充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的作用，例如做有關(guān)語法和時(shí)態(tài)得練習(xí)題時(shí)，讓他們同桌或小組討論：這題為什么這樣做，原因是什么，讓他們用語法或時(shí)態(tài)等說出理由，說服對方。這樣既讓基礎(chǔ)好的學(xué)生所學(xué)的知識得到了鞏固，又幫助了其他的同學(xué)共同進(jìn)步，不再出現(xiàn)很嚴(yán)重的“兩極分化”，可以說是一舉兩得。
�。ǘ�、課后補(bǔ)差工作。
班里總會出現(xiàn)一些個(gè)別的差生，不是學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣差就是基礎(chǔ)差，教師一定要課后花工夫，進(jìn)行輔導(dǎo)。例如我就我校實(shí)際情況，請示校長，同時(shí)得到校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的大力支持，每天利用早讀前20分鐘，到三樓電教室給他們補(bǔ)課。讓他們把遺忘的知識都溫故而知新。我覺得這樣做效果還是挺大的，原來不及格的學(xué)生都追趕上來了，消滅了不及格率。

作為英語老師，我也盼望著與您攜手，與您交流，共同探討孩子成才的問題。英語學(xué)不好，在今后的社會中就難以立足。我想努力，這就需要您的支持和合作。高中的英語教材（5a）與大學(xué)英語教材是配套的，這就意味著：現(xiàn)在的英語成績不僅直接影響孩子的期末考試與升學(xué)，還影響著孩子將來的英語學(xué)習(xí)！
半年的共同學(xué)習(xí)，使我半喜半憂，喜的是，我們高一三班的學(xué)生都很聰明，接受能力強(qiáng)，學(xué)習(xí)起來顯得很輕松，讓我覺得憂慮的是：部分孩子對英語不太重視。（包括與個(gè)別家長的交流中，發(fā)現(xiàn)有家長也未重視）可能這里也包含許多家長覺得英語不太好輔導(dǎo)，你說語文數(shù)學(xué)吧，還懂點(diǎn)，這英語吧，還真是不好不懂裝懂，所以導(dǎo)致相當(dāng)一部分的孩子英語基礎(chǔ)打得很不牢，個(gè)別的孩子甚至拼讀、書寫、背誦等學(xué)習(xí)英語的好習(xí)慣還沒有很好的養(yǎng)成，需要從頭開始。但是，孩子們上課時(shí)的專注同時(shí)也讓我感到欣喜。認(rèn)真的孩子一定能把英語學(xué)好！
我確信：英語要學(xué)好和智商無關(guān)，學(xué)不好英語的人都是懶惰的人。
新教材與初中的教材跨度很大，要求也上了幾個(gè)臺階，對孩子們具有比較大的難度。細(xì)心的家長可能就會發(fā)現(xiàn)，高中的課本和初中的課本相比，無論是從詞匯量，語法還是課文篇幅的長短都有了明顯的區(qū)別，初中的內(nèi)容相當(dāng)簡單，它簡直就是三年級知識的鞏固，稍微有所延伸，而高一一下子就接觸并需要掌握兩種時(shí)態(tài)。所以，有些同學(xué)很不能適應(yīng)，初中學(xué)得輕松，還考好成績，怎么到了高一不行了，這樣的現(xiàn)象很普遍，說到底，還是好的習(xí)慣沒有養(yǎng)成，不夠勤奮。在這里，我要點(diǎn)名表揚(yáng)幾位學(xué)生，她們學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度端正，上課認(rèn)真，書寫工整，正因?yàn)槿绱�，無論什么考試都能取得很好的成績。另外我還要提幾個(gè)同學(xué)，他們的潛力很大，但因?yàn)檫�不夠認(rèn)真刻苦，所以沒有發(fā)揮出自己最好的水平，希望家長能夠配合老師，把孩子的成績抓上去。我堅(jiān)信：如果您的孩子在您的支持和我的指導(dǎo)下能夠及時(shí)完成我布置的任務(wù)，那么一定能學(xué)好。要教導(dǎo)您的孩子一開始就要有吃苦耐勞的精神。堅(jiān)持嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)膶W(xué)習(xí)作風(fēng)，成績馬上就會見效。
目前的形勢決定了英語學(xué)科的重要性，請各位家長務(wù)必重視英語這一學(xué)科，你們思想上重視了，無形中也給孩子以熏陶，重視與不重視肯定是完全不同的，在英語課堂上，大部分學(xué)生都能很活躍的回答老師提出的問題，積極跟著老師拼讀單詞，朗讀課文。其實(shí)這也制造了一種假象，學(xué)生認(rèn)為自己常常被老師提問，認(rèn)為自己能夠回答老師的問題，于是認(rèn)為自己的英語學(xué)得很不錯(cuò)，自我感覺特別好。于是下課后在英語上花的時(shí)間就少了。其實(shí)要學(xué)好英語，課上占40%，其余的60%還需要學(xué)生在課后不斷的鞏固，加深記憶。在課上老師更多的是教授新知識，當(dāng)然課上也會有少量的時(shí)間鞏固新學(xué)的知識。但是這些時(shí)間是公共的時(shí)間，而不是每個(gè)學(xué)生私有的時(shí)間，所以不可能照顧到每個(gè)學(xué)生，不可能讓所有學(xué)生都達(dá)到相同的程度。況且每個(gè)學(xué)生對新知識得接受能力都是不同的，有的.可能當(dāng)堂就已經(jīng)有很深的印象，很難忘記，但這肯定是很少的。大部分學(xué)生都只能是初步接觸了新知識，要真正接受新知識還要學(xué)生在課后多下功夫，不然肯定會和別的同學(xué)拉下差距。
那么在課后學(xué)生到底該怎么做才能把其余的60%補(bǔ)回來呢？英語畢竟不是我們自己的語言，大多數(shù)學(xué)生除了英語課其余時(shí)間根本就不會想到要說英語，所以，在課后一定要主動抽時(shí)間為自己補(bǔ)習(xí)英語。學(xué)好英語，不外乎就是在聽，說，讀，寫這些方面下功夫。
首先說一下聽，每個(gè)學(xué)生都有和書相配套的磁帶，可是請各位家長檢查一下自己的子女的英語磁帶，有多少學(xué)生的磁帶還是和剛發(fā)的時(shí)候一樣的，根本就沒有聽過。不要說另外買什么英語聽力磁帶或者英語學(xué)習(xí)的碟片了，連自己手頭的磁帶都不去聽，光靠上課聽一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)的磁帶，學(xué)生的聽力根本就不能有什么發(fā)展。不會聽就不能說，而說白了，學(xué)了英語就是要說，那不是白學(xué)了么？聽錄音機(jī)跟讀，目的應(yīng)該是兩種，一種同學(xué)是上課沒有完全消化，聽錄音是補(bǔ)充學(xué)習(xí)的過程，另外一種是提高自己的聽力和口語表達(dá)能力，要學(xué)生盡力地去模仿錄音機(jī)里的發(fā)音，從而使自己的聽力和口語都提高一個(gè)層次。
接下來是說，英語是一門語言，學(xué)了就是要說，要和別人交流。我們學(xué)的英語不應(yīng)該是啞巴英語，要讓每個(gè)學(xué)生學(xué)會勇敢地說出來。在課上我會用各種方法來刺激學(xué)生，激發(fā)他們說英語的積極性，大多數(shù)學(xué)生也確實(shí)做得很好�？墒前嗉壚锶硕�，對每個(gè)人來說，說的機(jī)會就少。所以下課也要說；放學(xué)回家也要說。在學(xué)校，我鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生把所學(xué)的英語對話運(yùn)用到生活中去，這樣有更真實(shí)的情景，更能讓學(xué)生有發(fā)揮的余地。在家里，希望家長也能鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生說英語，也許你會說你自己也聽不懂，請不要這樣想，其實(shí)學(xué)生需要是你的鼓勵(lì)，你聽了他們說的只要簡單表揚(yáng)一句，他們就會很滿足了。有時(shí)候你們也可以不懂裝懂，或者還可以讓學(xué)生反過來教你，他們會覺得很自豪，因?yàn)樽约核鶎W(xué)得派上了用場。
接下來是讀。有句話：“讀書破萬卷，下筆如有神�！睂W(xué)英語也是這樣，很多家長也明白，學(xué)英語要培養(yǎng)語感，也就是語言的感覺，如果有很好的語感，那么不管是說話，做題目，還是寫文章，都很輕松，很簡單了。那么語感怎么來呢？就是靠讀出來的。一定要讓學(xué)生養(yǎng)成每天讀英語的習(xí)慣，這是學(xué)英語的最基本的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣了。每天早上一定要讀20分鐘左右的英語，哪怕有時(shí)候時(shí)間來不及了，即使是遲到也要讀，并且每天都堅(jiān)持，絕不因任何原因間斷。無論什么事情都貴在堅(jiān)持嘛。如果你的子女還沒有養(yǎng)成這樣的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，請你一定要督促他，剛開始也許會比較難，時(shí)間久了，就會習(xí)慣成自然。就像早上起來要刷牙洗臉一樣，要讓他們把讀英語當(dāng)作每天必做的一件事。
最后是寫。主要就是單詞短語的默寫，這是學(xué)英語的必經(jīng)之路。單詞往往背過就容易會忘記，所以要不斷的背默寫，不斷的翻新，這是沒有辦法的。背單詞的時(shí)候要邊拼邊寫，嘴巴和手都要?jiǎng)悠饋�，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。家長在這里要作好檢查督促的工作，不要用不懂英語來幫助你的孩子學(xué)會偷懶，你可以報(bào)中文，讓你的孩子默寫，然后對照書本批改訂正，每天堅(jiān)持的話，你一定會有意想不到的效果。還有句型，學(xué)生應(yīng)該在課上領(lǐng)會句型的意思和運(yùn)用方法。課后還需要通過多讀課文，多練習(xí)才能鞏固所學(xué)的句型。所以請各位家長不光要注重孩子背單詞短語的情況，還要讓他重視句子的重要性。

各位家長：
你們好。
我是本學(xué)期擔(dān)任3,4班英語老師，很多家長我也是個(gè)第一次見到，非常感謝這次家長會給我們彼此提供一個(gè)很好的交流機(jī)會。
整體來說，我們班的孩子上課聽講狀態(tài)和作業(yè)完成情況比較好。因?yàn)槲覀儗W(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的機(jī)會應(yīng)該說非常有限好非常之少的，一方面孩子們有許多功課要學(xué)，另一方面許多孩子沒有養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和把握重點(diǎn)的學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間。特別是對于英語來說，它是一門沒有任何捷徑可循的科目，想要去的好成績必須要求學(xué)生多背多做。
下面我就兩個(gè)大方面和家長們交流一些英語學(xué)習(xí)需要注意的`方面：第一是針對英語成績相對比較薄弱的孩子。
1.上課要專注�？荚嚠�(dāng)中的一些重難點(diǎn)都市都是在課堂上講解的，如果孩子一不留神很容易錯(cuò)過一些重點(diǎn)的知識，因此上課時(shí)一定要集中精神。
2.作業(yè)一定要獨(dú)立認(rèn)真完成。不可否認(rèn)每次作業(yè)都會有幾個(gè)同學(xué)不認(rèn)真甚至抄襲其他同學(xué)的，這樣的話他們根本不知道哪些知識掌握住了，哪些是沒有的。
3.養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。第一就是早晨養(yǎng)成讀課文，復(fù)習(xí)昨天所學(xué)知識的習(xí)慣。我覺得這一方面很重要，但是大部分的孩子都沒有做好。英語本身就是一門語言，只有多讀，多看，多背才會形成自我的語感。第二就是養(yǎng)成不懂就問，不要疑問成為歷史遺留問題。第三就是養(yǎng)成寫糾錯(cuò)本的習(xí)慣，這是學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)的一個(gè)很好的工具，因?yàn)閷戝e(cuò)的基本上就是沒有掌握住的，只有把錯(cuò)題弄懂弄會才能得提高。
第二個(gè)方面就是針對成績相對比較好的學(xué)生。高二已經(jīng)完全把一些基礎(chǔ)語法和重點(diǎn)詞匯句型講解完了，而這些學(xué)生也掌握的不錯(cuò)，因此我建議他們可以從現(xiàn)在開始做一些高考試題從而進(jìn)一步提高學(xué)生的做題能力和盡快的走近高考。
而這些都是要求學(xué)生要持之以恒的東西，跪在堅(jiān)持才能學(xué)好英語，這是一個(gè)長期的過程。前面提到的都是針對我們長遠(yuǎn)的目標(biāo)--高考。而我們目前我們有一個(gè)近期比較重要的考試---學(xué)業(yè)水平測試。昨天我們上課就去年的學(xué)業(yè)水平測試題進(jìn)行一次考試，班里有12位同學(xué)不過關(guān)，這就意味著這些孩子可能面臨在這次考試中不過關(guān)的困境，希望家長能夠引起重視。而只對歷年的考試來說，每次都有一定分量的所發(fā)資料中的原題，因此要求每個(gè)學(xué)生認(rèn)真對待，仔細(xì)認(rèn)真把這幾套題背一下，爭取我們班的孩子個(gè)個(gè)都過關(guān)，個(gè)個(gè)都優(yōu)秀。
