當(dāng)我在高中的時(shí)候,我曾經(jīng)非常差在一個(gè)重要的考試。我父親沒有懲罰我,但告訴我一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的句子"釣魚本身比魚更重要。"
我有點(diǎn)不知道聽說。我知道我的父親喜歡釣魚。我經(jīng)�？匆娝尫藕蟮聂~抓他們。他不止一次告訴我,他去釣魚,因?yàn)樗胝仍谒氖帚^魚玩,以及感到興奮的舉起魚出水面。但是我不能找出他的話跟我有什么關(guān)系。
我一遍又一遍地重復(fù)他的話。然后我開始明白他真正的意思。他的思維方式,做事的過程比結(jié)果更重要。我意識(shí)到我可以珍惜的真理:那些樂觀和自信,誰喜歡做新的東西,少擔(dān)心失敗。他們看到在每一個(gè)活動(dòng)的一個(gè)自我發(fā)現(xiàn)和自我實(shí)現(xiàn)的過程,不能用考試來衡量或魚的數(shù)量在一個(gè)籃子里。
不幸的是,太多的人的想法不同。這些人堅(jiān)持認(rèn)為,只有結(jié)果才是最重要的。一個(gè)糟糕的結(jié)果讓他們不滿意自己遠(yuǎn)比它應(yīng)該。越多,他們覺得這種方式,他們忘了他們學(xué)到的東西就越多。是的,我現(xiàn)在對(duì)自己說,釣魚比魚本身重要得多。雖然四年過去了,我還記得那一刻,我父親說這句話給我。
我們需要感謝生活的價(jià)值,盡管存在許多挫折。道路是旅程,而不是終點(diǎn)。陽光在等待那些保持路徑!

i’m also proud that i speak the most beautiful language in the world—chinese. i love you, china, for i can feel the deep love you give me every day, every minute. last year, i got an opportunity to visit the united states of america. during my staying there, my father’s boss once invited my family to dinner. while at table, he looked at me and asked: “l(fā)ittle boy, how long have you been in america?” “about a month,” i answered, “how lucky you are!” he said, “if you were living in china, how could you learn such perfect english?” i smiled and told him proudly that all the students in china are able to learn english at school. i saw his surprised eyes and said to myself, “i’m proud of you,
china. for you are offering us the best education.” when i came back from the usa, my friends asked me: “how do you feel about your staying there?” “wonderful” i said. “then why do you come back?” hearing this, i told them there were lots of beautiful countries in the world, but none of them can compare with our own country—china. how true the saying is: “there’s no place like home!” i love you, china. as a young student, all we should do is to study hard and devote ourselves whole-heartedly in the future, to the great cause of building you into an even stronger and greater country in the world. i love you, my dear motherland! i love you, china! thank you for your listening !
