前兩天，學(xué)校高年級舉行了英語演講比賽，我作為班上的代表之一，前去觀摩。
這次比賽無論是主持還是演講，都是全英文的。東看看，西看看，竟來了不少我認識的人。學(xué)校的幾位老師來做評委，還有一位外教呢！
比賽開始。首先，是兩位主持人一番簡短的介紹，然后選手開始挨個兒上臺。每個人都有一份課件，上面是演講內(nèi)容，選手要流暢地背出稿子，才能得高分。他們一口流利的英語，聽得我云里霧里。我不由得感嘆道，這就是差距�。〔贿^根據(jù)課件上的英文，我還是認出了一些單詞。
選手的情況也不同：有的一口英語說得頭頭是道，聽得人一愣一愣的；有的上了臺過于緊張，忘了詞，又下來整理整理思緒再上臺；也有的背得不錯，卻出了一點小插曲的……可謂是千姿百態(tài)。
選手們講的內(nèi)容各不相同：有的流暢地講了那些經(jīng)典的.故事；有的介紹了自己喜歡的動物或東西；還有的講了自己從一句話或者一件事中感悟的道理……內(nèi)容各不相同。
通過這次比賽，我深切地體會到了：人外有人，天外有天。我要更加努力地學(xué)習(xí)英語喲！

我最喜歡的一節(jié)課要算是英文課了，因為我們的英文老師總會為我們準備一些小有趣的小游戲。
上課鈴聲響了，陳老師卻帶著各種各樣的食品和飲料走進教室，我既驚喜又好奇，心里砰砰地跳，想：出什么事了，上英語課干什么要帶這些東西來呢?
只見陳老師宣布了今天要玩的`游戲規(guī)則，要求一個同學(xué)走到講臺上聞出咖啡、橘子汁、茶、牛奶……等等的味道，用英文說出它的名字，說對了，就可以任意選一樣自己喜歡的飲料喝。就這樣一個個同學(xué)都美美地喝到了飲料，可一直沒有輪到我。
不一會兒第一個游戲結(jié)束，陳老師又開始和我們玩第二個游戲，老師請一位同學(xué)上臺和老師對話，如果對話很流利的話，也可以獲得一份獎品。又一個個同學(xué)得到獎品了。終于，輪到我了。我懷著激動的心情走上講臺，和老師對話了一番，最后，得到了cake，我開心地跑下了講臺。
這節(jié)課真有趣，它在同學(xué)們的笑聲中很快結(jié)束了。
